Refund Policy

You can try ReliaEn free for 30 days before you buy. This policy applies when ReliaEn does not suit you after your first purchase.

1. First annual purchase

You may ask for a full refund of your first annual purchase of a ReliaEn licence. You must ask within 30 days of the purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

2. Not refunded

The seller does not refund renewals, transfers or later purchases.

3. How to ask

Write to sales@reliaen.com within the 30 days. Give your order or quotation number.
Remove the licence file from the computer. The seller then invalidates the licence in the licence register.
The seller pays the refund by the original payment method within 30 days of your request.

4. After a refund

After a refund, the licence is void. Your first order can cover several computers. You may then ask for a refund for all of these computers or for some of them.
