Privacy Policy

Draft of 7 October 2026

This policy explains how the seller of ReliaEn processes your personal data. The data comes through reliaen.com or directly from you. The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand applies.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is ReliaEn, Bangkok, Thailand. The controller’s legal identity is stated on every quotation and invoice. For any question about this policy, write to sales@reliaen.com.

2. The data that the seller collects, and the reasons

  • Trial request: name, company, work e-mail, phone (optional) and machine code. The seller uses this data to issue your trial licence and to answer you.
  • Quotation request: company, contact name, e-mail, phone, number of computers, invoice requirements and other information. The seller uses this data to prepare your quotation.
  • Contact form: name, e-mail and your message. The seller uses this data to answer you.
  • Licence request and transfer form: the type of request, order or quotation number, e-mail, machine codes, and for a transfer the machine code of the old computer and the reason. The seller uses this data to issue and transfer your licence files.
  • Customers: the quotation, invoice and licence records. The seller keeps these records to deliver the licence and to obey accounting and tax law.

3. The legal basis

The seller uses form data for the steps that you request before a contract and to perform the contract. The seller also uses form data on the consent that you give in each form. The seller keeps customer records because the law requires these records.

4. The licence register

The licence register holds the name of the licensee, the company, the e-mail address, the order number, the machine codes and the transfer history. The seller keeps these entries for the licence term and for 5 years after it, as accounting law requires.

5. Use of your data

  • The seller does not sell personal data.
  • The seller does not use personal data for marketing without your consent.

6. The machine code

A machine code contains one-way hashes of 3 hardware identifiers of your computer: the Windows machine identifier, the volume serial number of the system disk, and the physical address of the network adapter. The identifiers cannot be recovered from the hashes. The machine code identifies the computer only for its licence.

7. What the website and ReliaEn do not collect

  • The website sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits; it sets no cookie and builds no profile of you.
  • ReliaEn itself sends no data to the seller. The update check is the only connection, and the update check sends no information about you, your computer, your licence or your data.
  • Your projects and maintenance data stay on your computers and servers. The seller does not receive this data.
  • If you use AI Support with a cloud provider, a job sends data to that provider. Your own account and agreement with the provider apply. The seller does not receive this data.

8. Who processes the data, and where

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) runs the website, the form database, the spam check of the forms (Turnstile) and visitor counts. The form database is in the Asia-Pacific region of Cloudflare.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) sends each form as an e-mail from its Tokyo region.
  • Google LLC (United States) hosts the mailbox of the seller (Google Workspace).
  • These providers process the data for the seller under their data processing terms. These terms include safeguards for transfers of data outside Thailand.

9. Retention periods

  • Enquiries without a purchase: the seller keeps the data for 2 years after the last exchange. Then the seller deletes the data.
  • Customer records: the seller keeps them while you hold a licence and for 5 years after the last licence ends. Accounting and tax law requires this period.
  • Licence register: the licence term and 5 years after it (section 4).

10. Your rights

You may ask to see your data and to receive a copy. You may ask to correct, move or delete your data. You may ask to restrict the use of your data, and you may object to its use. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to sales@reliaen.com. The seller answers within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

11. Security

The website and the forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only the seller can read the form submissions and the mailbox.

12. Personal-data breaches

The seller notifies a personal-data breach as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requires.

13. Minors

The website is not directed at minors.

14. Changes

The seller publishes each change to this policy on this page, with the date of the change.
