Start the trial in three steps

Install ReliaEn.
Run the installer and open ReliaEn. Because the code-signing certificate is new, Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”: select More info, then Run anyway. Without a licence, ReliaEn opens in read-only mode.
Copy your machine code.
Open Help ▸ Licence… and copy the machine code, which starts with RL-. ReliaEn registers your licence to the computer that has this machine code.

Send the trial form.
Paste the machine code into the form below. You receive your 30-day trial licence file by e-mail within 1 business day. Install the file with Install licence file….

Each computer and each company can have one trial. After the trial, request a quotation. A purchased licence installs the same way as the trial licence, with Install licence file….

The machine code, step by step

Start ReliaEn. Before you install a licence, the status bar at the bottom of the window shows “Unlicensed — read-only”. This is normal.
Click Help in the menu bar at the top of the window.
Click Licence… in the list that opens.
The “ReliaEn licence” window opens. The machine code is the line that starts with RL- in the box “This machine’s code”.
Click the Copy button beside the code.
Paste the code into the trial form below. Click in the “Machine code” box and press Ctrl+V.

What the machine code contains. ReliaEn builds the code from three hardware identifiers of the computer: the Windows machine identifier, the volume serial number of the system disk, and the physical address of the network adapter. The code contains no personal data. Nobody can use the code to gain access to your computer.

System requirements

ReliaEn needs 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11. On older or 32-bit Windows, the installer stops and tells you why.
The installer contains everything ReliaEn needs. You do not need to install other software first.
By default, the installer installs ReliaEn for your Windows user only. This needs no administrator rights.

The “Windows protected your PC” screen

The first time you run the installer, Windows may show a SmartScreen warning. Select More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows the publisher of the signed installer. Before you run the installer, compare the SHA-256 checksum of the file with the SHA-256 checksum published on this page.
