Can I transfer my licence to a new computer?

Section titled “Can I transfer my licence to a new computer?”

Yes, through ReliaEn licence support. Write to license@reliaen.com with the order number, the old and new machine codes and the reason. ReliaEn issues a new licence file for the remaining term within 1 business day. Each licence year includes one transfer. See Licence and moving to a new computer.

Section titled “Can ReliaEn read data from an enterprise maintenance system?”

Yes, from export files. The Bridge imports Excel and CSV export files into the ReliaEn CMMS. It does not connect to the enterprise system. The Bridge is included in every licence.
